Breast augmentation with own fat tissue – Breast lipo filling – Fat transfer
Since the 1990s, plastic surgeons have reliably used fat transplants to improve and beautify the cosmetic appearance of the face, breasts, buttocks, hands etc.
If you are not satisfied with the volume and appearance of your breasts, you can transfer your own fat to breast and improve the appearance of your breasts, as well as the part of your body from which you take unwonted excess fat.
Natural breast augmentation with own adipose tissue and stem cells is performed in approximately the same way as with anti-age treatments of face fat grafting. The only difference is in the amount of fat have to be harvested by liposuction, purified and transferred to the breast. Therefore, we do not recommend this method to people who are extremely thin.

The areas that are often used for collecting, ie “harvesting fat”, are called donor regions, including the hips, abdomen and thighs. These zones are considered “problem areas” for many individuals and often have abundant unwonted fat pockets.
Liposuction of these zones reduces problem areas and improves the contour of the body. Following harvesting of the donor region by syringe micro liposuction or vibro micro liposuction area can be treated by Vaser and Laser to achieve superior results of donor regions.
During one surgery, the amount of about 250-500 ml (cubic cc) can be transferred (per side), of which 70% is received, and 30% is absorbed by the organism, that is, it is broken down.
How the fat transfer procedure is performed?
The doctor removes fat from one part of your body, washes and purifies it, and then carefully re-injects it with specially made blunt needles into areas that require enlargement and shaping. It may be necessary to repeat the procedure several times to achieve the desired result. Fat transfer is basically explained in 3 phases:
1. Fat Harvesting – Harvesting adipose tissue cells using liposuction.
The patient will work with his surgeon to choose a place to remove the fat. He will inject a local anesthetic into the selected good region. He will then make a small incision where the fat will be removed using the power of a vacuum in a syringe (syringe liposuction). An inserted blunt cannula attached to a syringe is used to carefully remove the fat, using a sterile technique. For harvesting large amounts of adipose tissue uses the method of vibro liposuction.
Vibro Liposuction (PAL – Power Assisted Liposuction) involves the suction and sculpting of body fat using a special vibrating thin blunt liposuction cannula, connected to the vacuum system, introduced into the subcutaneous fat. Vibro Liposuction cannula can move very precisely back and forth, left to right and semicircular. The vibro cannula is moved by air through a special device (air assisted device). The device and technique can facilitate the surgeon’s effort and improve adipose tissue removal. This technique is useful for collecting (harvesting) a larger amount of fat cells from an unwanted region before their relocation (transplantation) to the desired location, eg buttocks, breasts. As with any technique, more important than the technique itself is the surgeon who uses it as well as the quality of the patient’s tissue on which it is applied.
2. Purification of fat tissue, preparation for transfer and placement of adipose tissue cells
When the Doctor receives enough fat from the donor area, he will process it in order to prepare the fat tissue cells for transfer into small syringes that he will use to inject fat, that is. transplantation. It is possible to use a centrifuge during purification, purification by sedimentation, ie precipitation, or a filtration process to remove impurities before injection. 3. Placement – autologous transplantation – of adipose tissue cell:
The doctors will then prepare a certain desired recipient region, ie. transplant site. Insert a blunt cannula or needle into the incision site where it is enlarged and shaped. This special thin blunt needle is usually pulled and pulled out several times from the area to be enlarged and shaped. Each time they pull the cannula or needle, they carefully lay the line of the fatty tissue package in the plane of the natural tissue. Then they repeat this procedure until the desired correction is achieved, creating a network of transplanted, moved fat. Certain surgeons suggest massaging the grafted areas to get a good contour.

Others do not massage at all and rely on the placement technique to create the right contour. After the flow, the surgeon will place sterile gauze with an elastic bandage and a postoperative compression garment over the transplant site.
The exception may be the region of the face. The goal of the surgeon is to help you with your knowledge and skills to achieve the most natural and beautiful results and to make your procedure as pleasant and easy as possible.
ADVANTAGES OF BREAST ENLARGEMENT BY OWN FATTY TISSUE
- No cuts and cuts
- No foreign bodies in the body
- Faster recovery
- Liposuction by using only your own fat, we fulfill your desire to have bigger, fuller and more desirable breasts as well as nice shaped donor regions of your body.
- Beautiful shaped Breast and Body
New mothers also adore our procedure, because it perfectly restores the volume of the breasts that is lost after the birth of the child. Compared to implants, natural breast augmentation techniques such as herbs, creams, food and exercise, there are no incisions, no new scars, or foreign bodies in breast augmentation through fat transfer.
You will be in love with your new breasts.
FAQs Fat Transfer – transplantation of own fat
What does transplanting your own fat mean?
Fat transfer, also called fat transplantation, fat injection and lipofilling, is a procedure that uses a person’s own fat to fill in irregularities and grooves. This is now a well-established technique that was perfected in the early 1990s in a predictable manner. How does fat transfer work? Fat transfer works by “borrowing” fat from one part of the body and moving it to another. Liposuction is used to remove fat from any part of the body where there is an unwanted amount of fat. Patients usually require removal of fat from the abdomen, hips and thighs, but any area can be the donor’s site. How much fat survives after fat transfer? In general, 70% (percent) of the fat injected during any fat transfer procedure will survive, while the rest will be safely and naturally resorbed by the body. How much fat does it take to transfer fat? Approximately 30% of transplanted fat is resorbed during the first 6-12 months after surgery. Fat that survives transmission will remain permanent and will behave like any other fat in the body. It will react to normal weight gain and weight loss like any other adipose tissue.
Does the transferred fat disappear?
Since not all injected fat will survive, the results are considered permanent only after approximately 6 months, when the body disposes of all the fat that has not been received. Therefore, patients will have to wait to see the final amount they can expect from the procedure
How long do fat transfer results last?
Fat that survives and is received in another part of the body generally continues to exist just like other living tissue in the body. A small amount of fat may continue to be resorbed over the next six months, but this is generally not noticeable.
Does the transferred adipose tissue last forever?
Liposuction-absorbed fat is transferred to the face and body as a transplant. The transplanted fat must then redevelop the blood supply in order to survive. Depending on the treated area, 70% of the injected fat will survive, and the surviving fat will last forever. A minimum survival rate of about 50% injected into the lips has been reported.
Can you exercise after transferring fat to your breasts?
When can I return to the fitness club after transferring fat to my breasts?
The first (1) week after you can return to a light abduction movement of the arms and a good walk. You can return to a moderate upper and lower body lift in three (3) weeks. Normal exercise continues for six (6) weeks.
How much does transferring fat to my breasts increase my breasts?
The procedure includes liposuction of other areas of the body, fat processing and injection into the breast tissue. The most realistic result is a “moderate increase” that increases the volume of the breasts by half (1/2) and 1 the size of the bra basket. Sometimes 1, 5 of breast size increase are feasible. Moderate magnification can significantly affect the beauty of breast and body sculpture.
